SHIPPING CHARGES: We offer Free
Ground Shipping for orders $60 or more within the
48 Continental United States. Please note the order
must be $60 or more after all discounts, promotions
and coupons are applied. Tax (if applicable) does
not count towards free shipping. Priority or Expedited
shipping is available at an additional cost.
For our valued customers in outside of the 48
contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska and PR) and Internationally,
we regret that we cannot extend Free Shipping on
orders over $60. We will contact you via email
with shipping charges.
FREE SHIPPING: Free Shipping
applies to all orders except for those customers
outside of the contiguous US (please see above)
and for customers who purchase BDozen DSQ’s,
even if the order is $60 or more. The charge to
ship DSQ’s is the exact shipping charges
from USPS. We will contact you via email for the
Orders that ship via standard ground typically arrive
within 5 – 14 business days. Earthy Birthy
Mama does not guarantee a specific arrival date or
time frame with this shipping method.
INSURANCE: Upon checkout, you
will be asked if you would like to add Insurance
to your order for a small fee (currently $3.50).
This is a flat rate insurance fee that will be
added to your order before your order ships and
will guarantee your order regardless of dollar
amount. If your order should get lost or damaged
in transit, we will replace your order free of
charge--without a long wait or forms to fill out--simply
contact us and once we verify that your order has
been lost (allowing 30 days from time of shipment
as a grace period), we will ship your identical
order no questions asked. PLEASE NOTE: If your
order tracking or confirmation shows your order
status as "delivered", we will not be held liable for replacing your lost items.
It is imperative that your order be delivered to
a correct address and received in a safe location.
This is especially important when shipping gift
orders. Please contact us with any questions regarding
Insurance. If Insurance is desired on FREESHIP
items, it is the sole responsibility of the customer,
not Earthy Birthy Mama.
Expedited Orders will ship within one (1) business day (If you are really excited
about cloth diapering and want to get started right away, select the "Expedited
Delivery" option by pressing the "Add to Cart" button below! Just
$18 per $100 of merchandise ordered, with a minimum order of $50.00.
All items except larger Toys, Furniture, Allens
Laundry Detergent, KidKraft, Small World Toy Products,
DSQ’s and Linens are not available for Expedited
When you choose "Expedited Delivery",
the items which qualify for Expedited Delivery
will be sent out via Airborne Express or USPS (simply
place your order by 12NOON Eastern Time and
your order will be send EXPEDITED Delivery. All
Saturday/Sunday orders will go out Monday. Friday
orders before 12NOON ET will go out Friday) and
the other items will be sent out with regular shipping.
Once we have a tracking confirmation # we will
forward that to you.
For items that qualify for free shipping (ie.
Orders over $60.00, GlamourMom products, Baby Slings
or promos), the regular shipping cost will be added
back in and totaled with the Expedited Delivery
charge -- for example one tank with Expedited
Delivery will cost $18 Expedited Delivery Charge
PLUS the $7.45 according to the regular shipping
rate chart. If your order is over $60.00, the regular
shipping & handling fee of $12.45 plus expedited
We will contact you to confirm that you wish for
Expedited Delivery and will confirm all charges
with you before your package ships. Please be available
via telephone or email once the order is placed.
Your order WILL NOT ship until we speak with you
and confirm all charges. Please contact us with
any questions about Expedited Delivery or to place
your order with us. Expedited Delivery is available
only in the Continental United States.
APO / FPO ADDRESSES: We will
ship to APO/FPO addresses, however, because the
USPS does not provide confirmation to these addresses,
we can not be responsible for any lost packages.
We have never had any problems with this, but we
need to let our APO/FPO customers know this policy.
Also, for APO/FPO Orders over $150, we can not
extend Free Shipping on these orders. Unfortunately
we are unable to drop ship items from KidKraft
or Small World Toys. Any returns made from an APO
address for product defects will incur a $5.00
surcharge, returns made for product exchanges will
be charged regular shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will ship Internationally to Canada, Eastern Europe, and several other countries. WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL as payment for International Orders. WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL if you reside overseas and have the product shipped to an address in the USA. If PayPal is not available in your country, we will not ship there. After you place your order (indicate Money Order on purchase) we will process and weigh your order and email you with a PayPal request for your order. Your order will not ship until all product & international postage has been paid in full. We also require Insurance for International Packages where available, which is your responsibility. If Insurance is not available in your country, we are not responsible for any lost packages--order at your own risk. Again, we have never had any problems with International shipping, but we can not be responsible once it leaves our hands. Also, any customs or other fees incurred on any orders from EarthyBirthyMama are the responsiblity of the purchaser, not EarthyBirthyMama.
RETURN POLICY: EarthyBirthyMama.com extends a 14-day money-back guarantee on all merchandise except breast pumps, any sale item, opened Weleda products, comfort pads taken out of packaging, breast pads and Medela bras (due to hygienic reasons).
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, not washed, worn or used and in re-sellable as-new condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of your receiving the product. Returns made after 14 days, are not eligible for credit without prior approval from Earthy Birthy Mama.
If you have a return, please contact us for a return authorization form. (PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM: We will not be responsible for any items sent 'as returns' without prior authorization.) Once you receive the authorization form, send (at your expense) the merchandise plus the form via USPS (United States Postal Service) mail with confirmation and Insurance or via UPS (United Parcel Service) with added insurance if necessary (they automatically insure up to $50). If you choose to return an item without confirmation and insurance, I will not be responsible for any loss due to shipping errors or otherwise.
You will receive a credit for the amount of the merchandise and tax (where applicable), less original shipping/handling and less a 10% re-stocking fee. If your order qualified for free shipping, our shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges even if the original order qualified for free shipping. Returns/Exchanges MUST be received within 10 days of issuance of RA#.
BACKORDER POLICY: We cannot backorder sale items.
RETURNING PACKAGE DEALS: Packages must be returned complete, including free items. If any item of the Package Deal or free item(s) is not returned, customer will be charged full retail for the missing item(s).
Returns made due to a defective product will be given full credit or replacement products will be sent out immediately. Please contact us on how to have the defective products taken care of. If you are returning defective product, please be considerate about the condition of your item before returning your item back to us. The item must be clean, reasonably stain-free and dry before you ship it back to us. We reserve the right to refuse to handle or process any item that is returned to us in less than considerate condition.
For RETURNS/EXCHANGES on slings due to incorrect sizing, please email us and we will give you instructions on how to exchange for the correct size.
REVISED/CANCELLED ORDERS: If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will make the adjustment. If you need to cancel your order completely, please contact us immediately, as orders are packed after they are received. Cancelled orders will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee.
SPECIALS/DISCOUNTS/VOUCHERS: All vouchers, specials, discount codes must be entered at time order is placed to qualify for the special, discount, or voucher. Special offers may not be combined-- for instance an offer for a free product with purchase, multi-product discount, packages or multi-pack offers and sale items may not be combined with a 5% off voucher code.
Also, when ordering items that qualify for free shipping along with items that do not qualify for free shipping, additional shipping charges will be calculated with a discount based on the number of free shipping items ordered. You can also place orders for free shipping items separately from non-free shipping items if you wish.
Please be careful when entering in voucher codes, if there is a promo running and you enter that promo/voucher code without meeting the purchasing requirements, your order will ship and the appropriate charges will be added back into your order.
ALLENS DETERGENT, KIDKRAFT AND SMALL WORLD TOY PRODUCTS: All Allens, KidKraft and Small World Toy Products are shipped from separate warehouse facilities. Please allow up to 15 days to receive your merchandise. Unfortunately these items are not available for shipping to APO/ FPO addresses and International shipments.
